New Reseller plans - We are pleased to announce we have revised our reseller plans due to popular request. Our plans are no longer charged on a per site basis. New knowledgebase is now active - As part of our effort to provide more support options we have now opened our knowledgebase.  Users can now visit http://billing.timberlandhosting.com and click on knowledgebase on the left hand side to find answers to some of the most common questions our support department has received.  If there is an article you would like to see added or if you have any feedback about our new knowledgebase please submit a support ticket and let us know what you think.

Email Server Upgrades - Users of our webmail system may have noticed that there login screen has changed.  As of October 29th 2009 at 10:00 PM Central Time all Timberland Hosting customers have been moved to an upgraded mail system.  The major changes to this system is the reduction in SPAM email.  Users who use Microsoft Outlook or a similar mail client should not notice any changes other than less SPAM mail. 
 
If you are trying to access your mail through webmail and are getting the older Smarter Mail login screen that means your computer or ISP has the old page cached.  This will go away on its own but amount of time can vary. However most users cache will expire within 24 hours.  If you do not see the new login screen you may go to http://mail.timberlandhosting.com and login there in the meantime.
